Changed the vibe or the size? You get a 7-day window for size exchanges and defective prints. The tee should be unworn, unwashed, with tags on.

How to request an exchange

  1. Email kushmayy.store@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 96060 12204 with your order ID, or open the order from your account dashboard.
  2. Tell us the size you need or attach photos of a print defect.
  3. We share a reverse pickup or drop instruction. Replacement ships after QC.

Damaged POD items

Because pieces are customized print-on-demand, claims for transit damage or misprints need an unboxing video (seal to product). Without it we cannot process a damage claim.
